New Year’s Eve 2014
After 20 years as an IT manager, I made the “bold” decision to leave my “safe” corporate job and dive into my passion—my dream job—as a motivational speaker. 🌟
In my last role, I led an incredible team of 100+ people as Head of IT Services for EEMA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
At the same time, I was the proud father of five daughters, aged between 2 and 10 years. ❤️ The family budget was growing, and the risk of “failure” was very real.
But despite the challenges, I decided to take a leap of faith and follow my passion, which I saw as my true calling.
The journey was anything but smooth – as it may appear on social media 😉
It began with finding my topic and niche—helping people manage teams across different locations and build Virtual Power Teams. This topic came naturally to me, as I had extensive experience leading large virtual teams. Whenever I shared my ideas, my friends found them exciting and relevant.
The first two years were a mix of excitement—sparkling eyes in the audience—and financial struggles. Inspiring people didn’t immediately provide the income needed to support my family.
2020 was a breakthrough year.
I delivered online keynotes and workshops for up to eight hours a day, five days a week. But when you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work—even the exhaustion is fulfilling and warms your heart. 🚀
Now, for the past two years, I’ve found a new mission: AI.
As someone who sees opportunities in every major change, I now help business leaders and organizations embrace AI.
This transition also happened organically.
As a master of mathematics, I understand the math and statistics behind AI. My 20 years as a global IT manager give me insight into the technological and organizational challenges of adopting new technologies.
Adding to that, I’ve authored two books, translated into six languages, and delivered over 100 keynotes in 29 countries.
Before diving into AI, I enrolled in a program with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to see what the “best” in the field were doing. The experience was eye-opening but also reassuring—it reminded me that even in Silicon Valley, they’re just “cooking with water.”

• Be clear about your “why”—have a mission larger than yourself and follow it with passion. 💓
• If you put your heart, energy, and belief into something, you’ll be amazed at the wonderful fruits to come. 🌟
